We are very easy to do business with. Our terms and conditions are both fair and straight forward. We look forward to doing business with you.
Do you have a minimum order?
No.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you do it prior to picking it up. If we have processed your payment you will receive a full refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cheques and debit and credit cards if paying in person at our spa. And if you’re ordering online in our shopping cart, we accept e-transfers.
What is the cost of delivery?
We have a blanket $10 delivery charge within the KW area regardless of the number of products you are ordering. You can also visit our spa to pickup your order.
How will I know if my order has been received?
After you place your order using our online shopping cart you will receive an email confirming your order. Your order will be processed as soon as payment has been cleared and it will be scheduled for delivery within 24 hours for in-stock items.
What is your policy for returns and refunds?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will make it right (return and replace or refund).
Can I redeem my gift certificates?
Currently, we are not set up to redeem gift certificates through our shopping cart – sorry about that. But you can certainly redeem them in our spa.
What customer information do you collect?
Our online order form asks for information such as a customer’s address so we can arrange for delivery. We also ask for contact information (email, telephone) so we can speak with a customer to clarify their order if needed.
Will my customer information be kept private?
YES! We value our customers and their privacy. We will not give, sell, rent or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party unless legally required to do so.
